Shipping Policy
Standard:
Delivery occurs in 3-4 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Standard delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 4 business days. You may choose to select Expedited or Two-Day services for expedited delivery. Currently, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Expedited:
Delivery occurs in 1-3 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification.
Two-Day:
Delivery occurs in 1-2 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification.
Processing Time:
Expedited and Two-Day orders will receive top priority.
For all shipments:
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM PT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1PM PT will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 1PM PT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays.
A representative from Isaacsong.Design Client Care will contact you with a follow-up email if the item you selected is not available at the time of order processing.
Due to the nature of our designs and orders being fulfilled from multiple locations, please note that some items are on backorder or not guaranteed in stock. If the item you selected is not available at the time of processing, a representative from our Client Care team will contact you.
